This will be a review of Geo Fresh Contact Lens in Gray courtesy of Loveshoppingholics, an online shop based in Malaysia. First, I'd like to thank them for trusting me in this. This will be my first ever review with this kind of product. Hope this will go well. :)
Let's start with this cute packaging they have. Based from their site, this pair of lenses costs $19.99. It original came form Korea, has 14.0 mm diameter, 38% water content, base curve of 8.7mm and a year as life span.
They have cute packaging as well as a thank you card. (How sweet! :">) And to add more kilig is the super cute case! Cuteness overload. Haha! I love everything in this package. :)
Also, this came in ten days after they informed me. Talk about fast and smooth transaction.
The bottles are tightly sealed for security. :)
I have been a contact lenses user for almost three years now but I rarely wear them since I don't necessarily need them. I just wear them at times when I feel like it. So, I have a bit of background when it comes to lenses.
On to the review. I will be judging these lenses based on:
1. Design
2. Comfort
3. Appearance/Effect
1. Design
I like these ones a lot because they don't give you that too obvious look. Based on experience, when I tried gray lenses, they gave me that kind of light colored result since I have dark eyes. The design is just like other typical lenses tho these have more of a darker shade of gray. With these, I was shocked when I tried them on because they look more natural compared to other lenses I've tried in this shade. I can actually wear these on a daily basis.
2. Comfort
These are really light and comfortable. They don't have that thick feeling inside your eyes. As I have said, I can wear them everyday but not more than eight (8) hours because they can strain my eyes and may result to discomfort. It's a must for us to take care of our lenses to be taken care of for us to maximize their use and maintain their comfortability.
3. Appearance/Effect
The effect of these lenses are way too cool because they look natural but still enhance my eyes. Magic it is! People can hardly notice I'm actually wearing one. They blend with my natural eye color well.
So what cons can I say about these? Ofcourse there things that may turn us down in anything based on our own preferences. One thing I experienced with these was when I felt some tingling sensation when my eyes are all dried up. What to do about it? As much as possible avoid being exposed to harsh wind. :(
Overall Verdict: 9/10
I love these so much that I'm craving to have more. Yay!
